Variable Speed Hoists + Drive
We offer range of variable speed hoists that offer precise and safe movement of people and scenic elements for use during shows and events. 

Offering compliance to the highest safety standard while maintaining a small package we are able to offer complete automation systems for any imaginable set-up.

500kg at 20m/m (metres per minute)

All provided with control systems that allow up to SIL3 protection for all safety instrumented functions.

Complete load cell solutions offer the ability to know exactly what weights are being hung across our rigging, giving a greater level of safety to our systems. 

We have a large stock of 3.25t and 4.75t load cells and controllers
that are able to monitor all kinds of rigging systems be they large mothergrids or complex moving scenery using our automation services.

Rigger offer a wide range of LED screen support for use at festivals and outdoor events. We can provide pre-made or bespoke systems based on a client’s requirements, including project requirement analysis as well as complete delivery and installation.

Safety is always at the forefront and so we provide complete structural reports for all systems which are usable in wind speeds of up to 28 m/s.

Our pre-made systems include:
5 x 3m Screen 1200kg
6 x 4m Screen 2000kg
8 x 6m Screen 3000kg

Bespoke solutions upon request.

Encoded Hoists
Rigger offer standard chain hoists with added positional encoders offering a cost-effective means of providing positional accuracy when moving loads.

Used with large complex lifts, such as mothergrids, this provides additional safety and structural stability.

Custom Trusses / Circles
We hold a large stock of custom trusses including truss circles and standard truss sections with centre chords at the bottom.

Circular trusses are great for hanging curved video screens or using a decorative elements in rigs. Whilst Centre Chord trusses allow lights to be hung along the centre instead of staggering front and back chords, allowing a much more visually pleasing rig.
We hold a large stock of custom trusses including truss circles and standard truss sections with centre chords at the bottom.
